The livestock and meat sector in the Netherlands distinguishes itself by the large-scale import of quality and inspection systems and standards. Many inspectors are on the road daily to perform field inspections. This promotes the transparency and the food safety. All systems are based on the Dutch and EU legislation. In addition, our country has introduced many systems that go beyond the Law, which makes the Netherlands a leader.


At Lodewijks Quality Meat we are well aware of our responsibilities. From transport to production to delivery, we ensure the required circumstances. The production of our own brands for instance, takes place in a factory that meets all quality requirements, such as the HACCP standard and the FSSC22000 certificate.
